Frequently Asked Questions
Does your office accept insurance?
Insurance companies often do not prioritize taking the time to understand the unique complexities of each patient. As a result, our clinic does not have contracts with any insurance providers. After making a payment to our office, we will provide you with an itemized superbill that includes the necessary ICD (medical diagnostic) and CPT (procedure codes) for you to submit to your insurance for reimbursement.
Do you have a cancellation policy?
If you need to cancel your appointment, please reach out via phone or email at least 48 hours beforehand. Cancelling after this timeframe will result in your visit being marked as a no-show, and you will incur a charge of 100% of the service fee.
Do you offer a payment plan?
Financial difficulties shouldn't prevent anyone from accessing mental health or medical care. Dr. Mariela Padro provides a payment plan option for clients who cannot pay the full established rate. If this situation applies to you, please reach out for more information.
How do you schedule an appointment?
To schedule an appointment, please email Dr. Padro directly. This ensures that your request is handled promptly and efficiently. Thank you for your understanding!
Do you offer in-person appointments?
At this time, Dr. Padro does not offer in-person appointments. However, you can still receive the same quality of care through our telehealth services. This convenient option allows you to connect with Dr. Padro from the comfort of your own home, ensuring you receive the support you need without the need for an office visit.
